Our headquarters is located in the Riverside District and acts as the hub of our operations, providing such backbone services as billing, dispatching, quality assurance, public relations and facility relations. This location also houses our training facility, supply facility, and Information Technology Facility. It is also used by the regional Northeast Florida Disaster Council as well as other regional planning entities as a common meeting place due to its size, flexibility, and central location.
Beaches Station
Lake City Station
Our Lake City station is located a mere 2.3 miles from Lake City Medical Center, 2.9 miles from Shands LakeShore and just 2.9 miles from Lake City VA Medical Center. Through this station we operate 4 ALS units which fulfill the needs of the area including the surrounding counties' 911 assist requests on a regular basis.
Live Oak Station
Our Live Oak station is located less than a mile from Shands Live Oak and also within less than a mile of the Suwannee County Fire Rescue administration building. Through this station we operate 2 ALS units which fulfill the needs of the area including 911 assists for the local and surrounding counties as needed.
Mandarin Station
Our Mandarin station is located a mere 5.7 miles from Baptist South Medical Center and within less than 2 miles from more than 5 facilities who use our services for both 911 and regular transports on a daily basis. This station houses 2 ALS units which provide for the needs of the local facilities with the professionalism and exceptionalism expected of an elite service such as Century Ambulance Service, Inc.
Nassau Station
Our Nassau station is located just 1.9 miles from Baptist Nassau Medical Center, and within 2 miles of multiple other facilites that use our services regularly. Through this station we operate the 2 ALS units required to fulfill our facilities' and the counties' 911 assist needs.
Orange Park Station
Our Orange Park station is located just 2.4 miles from Orange Park Medical Center and within just a few miles of more than 5 other medical facilities which regularly use our services. This station houses 4 ALS units that supply the transportation needs of the local hospital and facilities as well as the many 911 assists we provide for Clay County's constant growth.
Riverside Station

Our Riverside staion is located less than a mile from St. Vincent's hospital, 2.2 miles from Baptist Medical Center, and within just 3.1 miles from Shands Hospital. The bulk of our Jacksonville fleet is housed at this station and are dispatched to supply the ever changing needs of the region as it arises. It is strategically located adjacent to the intersection of I-10 and I-95. This station acts as the reactionary hand of Century Ambulance, allowing us to quickly respond to any surge in runs at any of our outlying stations as well as easily providing the needs for the 3 large hospitals in its zone. From this location we also provide quick response and ramp up for any incidents and disasters such as building collapse, hurricane evacuations, mass casualty incidents and massive forest fires.
Southside Station
Our Southside station houses 2 ALS units and 1 BLS unit and is located less than a mile from Specialty Hospital, 2.5 miles from St. Lukes Hospital and 2.1 miles from Memorial Hospital. This station is one of our busiest stations due to its proximity to three hospitals and numerous other facilities. This station is also used as a maintenance hub due to our maintenance partner Earnest Air and Automotive being located across the street.
